I imagine that you will have the option to opt out, personally I can't wait to try it

I'm not really bothered about the changes to Kraken, however the changes to the Dolphin Nursery and the addition of the Electric Ocean sound interesting. I'll look forward to seeing those, whenever we go back.

I thought SeaWorld were going to build a dark ride based on the Sea Rescue tv series at Orlando but it seems that's only coming to San Diego? Oh well.

We did a trial of this type of ride in Canada's Wonderland last month. I normally get bad motion sickness but it was actually fine - I really enjoyed it. They were giving the option to do the ride in the 'normal' way or to do it wearing the virtual reality headgear - it makes it like two totally different rides.

Vr headsets will be optional for those wishing an extra element. Nothing will change for those not wanting the vr experiance.

I heard mixed reviews about the VR coaster at Alton Towers ( Formally Air) with the videos been out of sync, over heating in the summer and smelly from the sweat. Like I heard its using the same company and technology that Alton Towers used.
Now it all depends on if sea world do the same like Alton Towers and build a preview room and with Sea World having 3 or 4 trains they could do this with minimum down time.

If it is anything like Galactica at Alton Towers it won't be very good. I really do not rate it and I'm pleased its no longer compulsory 😔

My favourite coaster potentially getting ruined! I am displeased.

Better ride it a bunch this time as it may be the last time I get to in its current form!

as much as i love kracken dont understand why people think its being wrecking by this? i imagine its optional. which means you can ride it how your riding it now. But if you want to ride a different version of the ride you can. Gives you more options. never done a vr coaster. Need to try air at alton towers and see what the hype is about. But defo going to give this a try.
