How long transfer by coach (tui) to Rosen Point Orland

Hi All

We are going next April adn this year staying for two weeks at rosen inn Point Orlando, Can any body tell me how long roughly did the coach transfer take to international drive from Sanford, I'm weighing up whether to use Uber, Lyft while there for the first week and a half or hiring a car for the full 15 days. we will be hiring a car for the last 3 days just to go further afield. wont be doing Disney this year as no grandkids with us.
Any advise greatly appreciated

If traffic is ok, around an hour

Hour from airport to hotel. We used Uber to get from Rosen Inn International to most local places great service and cheaper than car hire. Disney for us was on average $15/18 Universal $5/7 including tip depending on time of day. Happy holidays.
