Cancelled my Disney booking online

Just logged on to find the email to cancel my booking for August 10th as was not able to face waiting forever in queue! Was given the option to cancel with a full refund, move my booking or proceed as planned. This was not there a few days ago when I logged on.

Chose to cancel.

This was hotel, free dining plan, gift card and park tickets.

So sorry it's come to this, hopefully you'll be able to rebook to a time when things are more 'Disneyfied' than it seems to be atm

We were the same booked for 11th August 😭 it took me 3 days to press the button 😂😢 didn’t want to let it go , I’m only after cancelling my room at the Hard Rock Hotel Club level too 😭😭😭 this was our first time staying onsite at both places 😢gutted

Looks like you had the exact holiday I have! Travelling on the 11th August staying at POFQ and HRH club level! 😂

I’m hoping to move the FQ part to next year but I’ve rang twice today and waited ages. Going to try again tomorrow. I’m only doing it to try and save the 2 x $300 gift cards. Otherwise I’d of just cancelled online.
