Virgin moved my flight back a day - not happy
We’re having a third attempt at getting to Antigua. We were first booked for May 20, then May 21 & now booked for May 2022.
Our flight was going out on Friday 20 May but has been moved to Saturday 21 May. We booked it as cash flight only direct with Virgin. We are returning on Tues 31 May, there isn’t a flight on Wed 1 June. We are losing a day of our holiday. Has anyone had this happen to them? Will Virgin do anything to “compensate” us? ie miles or an upgrade? If they do what should I say / ask when I finally get through to them? Or do I just have to accept it?

Well if its flight only - you are still getting both flights so I doubt they will do anything but its worth a try I guess.
