What's not to be missed in London at xmas

Husband and I are travelling to London fir 2 days 1 night on Monday morning.
We've both done touristy stuff with the kids before but this time we're kidless. What's worth seeing/ doing at Xmas? We're not fussed about big fancy rides etc we'd rather do something nice

Ice cream at Fortnum and Masons. Not only is the ice cream wonderful but the Christmas decorations are beautiful too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Carnaby Street offering this year - the attached was taken on 29th October and I assume will stay for Christmas
