British Airways 'Manage my Booking' not working

Is anyone else experiencing problems using BA's website to add Advanced Passenger Details. They had a supposed IT upgrade a few weeks ago and their systems subsequently appear to be absolutely screwed ! Am stressing as I need to add the compulsory details according to their website but am unable to do so & don't know how to get round it !

Yep I�ve added them all twice now then they just disappear !

I�m trying to check in for our return flight from Boston tomorrow , there is no record of our flight.

I saw a similar thread yesterday so I tried it out and was able to add API for my LAX flight next month. Just checked and it has not disappeared either.

I believe API is a time saving thing and you can still do it at check in if all else fails. But I would keep trying.

I had to online chat and they entered it all for me

Worked fine for me the other day. Received confirmation email as well. If it disappears I'll just do it at the airport.

They were having a lot of website issues yesterday - it came up with a 403 permissions error for many when trying to log in.

Hopefully will be back to normal this morning.

Yes I couldn't get into BA Estore all day yesterday - haven't tried today but I had that error code too
