I’ve also booked the small luxury SUV but I’ve noticed that the charge on my credit card has disappeared, was showing as pending for 6 days and now gone completely. Would be interesting to see if the similar thing happens to you. Reluctant to call up to be told that it was a mistake

Update on the hertz small premium SUV glitch ( £398 for 12 days MCO to MCO) Prepaid rate which was showing pending on the credit card for 6 days then disappeared for 3days is now gone through. Big sigh of relief 😅. Being a worrier now hoping there’s a vehicle waiting at MCO

Yep, charge was showing as pending but has disappeared. Although my CC is showing an amount less than my usual max..I've not received a cancellation email either.

Never seen a charge disappearing off pending then 3 days later appearing on the bill. Hope you see the same soon.

Have you checked your reservation on the Hertz website? That's the easiest way to confirm.

ours is still showing - can anyone confirm what you do at pick up? do you have to go to the counter or straight to the garage?

If you booked through a 3rd party say Costco you have to go to the desk. If you booked direct with Hertz and are a Hertz Gold member you can go to garage afaik.

Another way to check is if you go on your booking and if it says "gold canopy" that means you can go straight to the garage. If you are a Gold member and it does not say this, you can ring the internet help desk number on the website and they may be able to change it - thats if you are OK about calling them at the moment?

Just an update about the hertz managers special. We picked ours up no problem yesterday about an hour ahead of schedule. We'd gone for the premium small suv it's an infinity 30. Very nice inside but is a 2018 model. I don't think we've ever had anything so old to rent but to be honest it saved us almost £800 when taking off the Uber fare from disney. So all is good. There seemed to be plenty of cars too
