Passenger locator form

On Eurostar it says you must bring a copy of the passenger locator form completed to return to the uk.
Is there a pdf form we can print off or does it need to be done digitally via .gov website.

as far as i know its only digitally once you submit it >48 hours before your due back in the UK, you get an email of the form with the QR code needed to checkin for return flight (and assume train)

After you complete the form you will receive a QR code via email. You can print this out or show it on your phone as proof of completion

It�s online. Make sure you�ve got a good 10 minutes for each, they�re quite time intensive, I did ours last week.

We arrived home from Canada yesterday, we just each saved a digital copy to our phones.
