Does anyone have cheaper option going to universal on my own today but parking is 27 dollars going next few days so works out quite expensive ,was going to get free shuttle from hotel but is long day till return any options Thankyou .

Maybe catch the free shuttle there and when you want to leave get an Uber back

Agree with this. I'm staying at Disney but the Springs buses weren't running early enough so I got an Uber there and then the free bus back.

Uber is really your only other option but unlikely to be cheaper than $27. As mentioned you could get the shuttle on the way there but get an uber on the way back.
