Leicester? They are all properties in the UK Monopoly board, but the others are all ... Streets, and that is a Square?

Either leicester as it is the only one that doesn't have an "o" in its name
OR
Something to do with football - I haven't heard of Oxford football but have heard of the others (FYI I do not follow football, I don't watch it and this is a complete stab in the dark :-))

Coventry is the only one with two Cathedrals.

The new one and the one that was mostly destroyed during WW2

I was going to say Liverpool, because that's the only one with 2 cathedrals. I didn't know Leicester also had 2.
