An update on my issue.
Received an email today stating good news & that my refund has been processed but will take up to 14 days to be in my bank.
I’ve been sending them numerous emails saying how unhappy I was & that RPR directly plus various other booking companies & TA’s had been refunding in full. I also mentioned how poorly MAH are being looked upon on the forums & that following so called ABTA advice was not helping them.
I also tentatively approached my insurers but I’m led to believe by the broker they hadn’t done anything yet.
I’ll update again further when the money hits my bank!
Good luck to everyone & my only advice is to just keep on at them...

Actually, according to ABTA, a refund credit note won't affect our right to a refund. Phew.

Yes, that was my understanding & in fact my insurance company advised not to refuse it - which I didn’t just kept telling them I wanted a full refund.
All I can say is keep emailing them & telling them they are wrong to hold onto your money when you clearly can’t go before the end of July.
I’ll update further when the money hits my bank account.

Further update 16 days after the promise of a refund within 14 days!
As I hadn't received my refund I politely emailed earlier today & got the following reply:
Apologies for the delay.
I may need to request the refund via a bank transfer instead.
Pls forward your bank account number, sort code and name of the account holder.

So I have & will wait & see what happens next!

Anyone had any success with them?

Wow this is shocking! I booked a night at RPR through Snaptravel and received a refund within days of cancelling! I would highly recommend them for any future bookings, they were brilliant.

They have our deposit at the moment for our stay in August. They want the balance end of May.
I’m not entirely sure where I stand, and we can’t travel because two of our party are over 70 and not even allowed out the house!

Update today.

Received email today after I'd advised that I can't rebook any dates just now as we don't know when we're going. We received a full refund credit note to be redeemed by the end of Jan 2021 but if we can't use it by then, we can get a cash refund. It's also apparently covered by ABTA\ATOL as well.
