Attraction ticket direct
I just feel with all the negative reports with regards to getting money back for cancelled holidays I would just give a big shout out for Attraction Tickets Direct. I had email from Virgin Atlantic telling me my flight was cancelled on the 2nd June, which wasn't unexpected and I have been told it will be 90 days before I get my money back. However I telephoned Attraction Tickets Direct yesterday to tell them I needed to cancel my hotel and ticket reservations and within one hour they sent a cancellation confirmation and said the money would be in my bank with in 7 days. My friend has already got her money back today so I'm expecting mine soon. No arguments, no hard sell to re book, just did what I asked. I will definitely be booking with them again once I manage to get my money back off Virgin and can sort out flights.

I sent them a request yesterday and all I have had is a we are busy email ...
So not happy as had the same with Air France and no payment or voucher yet

That's good news! Had you paid for the extra insurance with them? I thought they were only refunding 80%. I'm keeping my disney tickets as were extended to Sept 21. Hoping and praying we can go end of May 21.

I actually telephoned them and spoke to someone in person. I think they are having so many requests via email etc that it takes time to sort out. I was really impressed and the full amount was paid into my bank. No I didn't take out any insurance with them, I have a yearly one with my bank.

This is the email address I was given to send in my request for a refund which deals only with hotel reservations, the other email address is for everything else and that is why it takes them a long time to answer hope this helps
