Which plane am I on?
Hi all, I've done much googling but am yet to find an answer (probably just being dense)... can anyone tell me if I'm on the air tanker or not? Flying with Thomas Cook and need to know if I need to have my iPad fully charged and ready if no personal monitors. Flight number is MT2644, flying from Manchester. Thanks in advance.

I flew to Boston in june and on my booking it actually said "this flight is operated by air tanker" so have a look on your booking. It was fine by the way. Food and crew were good. And plenty of leg room

Have a look on seatguru. It is pretty good although obviously not updated to the minute. Check image of seatmap for flight against seatmap on guru to double check.
I would also have thought your booking or locator info would show it. Might be worth fully charging in any event. Might be delays or last minute equipment failures. Have a good trip. |

Do a dummy booking flight only for your dates. Go to choose your seats. If it has Premium Cabin it has seatback IFE If it has all Economy with very front row 2-4-2 it has seatback IFE, Airtanker Lease If it has all Economy with very front row 2-3-2 it has streaming IFE, Airtanker Lease If it has all Economy with very front row 2-2-2 it has seatback IFE, TC Scandanavia sublease. |

They are currently using G-VYGM for flight number MT2644, which is the Airtanker with streaming IFE.
If you put your flight number in the search on flightradar24, it shows you the call sign then on thomas cooks website it tells you what is on each plane in their ‘partner airlines’ section. |
