Linking Disneyland Tickets

Hi everyone! We've bought our Disneyland tickets for our upcoming trip, am I right in thinking that we should link our tickets to the app?

If we link them, do we link them to one person's account so that they can book MaxPass for the whole group? Or do we link them to our individual Disney accounts?

We want to make sure that we can all get the same times for MaxPass if that makes sense.

Thank you!

Mine automatically linked into the Disney app. I bought them from the Disneyland site & when I logged in they were on the app! They’re we’re also in my email ready for downloading too. I downloaded them on to my phone, & then just showed that at the Ticket turnstiles & then they gave me proper park tickets for park hopping!
Sorry I didn’t by the MaxPass so don’t know about that part.

Thank you for your reply! We've actually brought our tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct and so we received the paper passes in the post the other day. So I guess we'd need to manually link them.
