Anyone worked out how to turn this off? It's just appeared in the last few days and it's annoying!

While Meta AI cannot be completely disabled on Facebook, you can turn off specific features like comment summaries and mute the AI chatbot to minimize its presence. To turn off comment summaries for your posts, navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Audience and Visibility > Posts and toggle off "Allow comment summaries on your posts", according to Lifewire. To mute the AI chatbot, open a chat with Meta AI, tap the "i" icon, and select the "Mute" option, choosing how long you want to mute it for, says Asurion.

Open the Facebook app. Tap the blue-gradient circle at the top of the page to access the search bar. Tap the blue arrow to the right of the search bar, then tap the “i” icon > Mute. Choose how long you'd like to mute the Meta AI chat for, or select Until I change it to mute it indefinitely.

I'm trying to do this myself. At the Audience and Visibility on settings but I can't see the nest part toggle off part
