Yeah might be because they know they’re in the uk. I had to download an app to make it look like I was on USA time I think it was called a VPN app

I did try to explain about VPN, but they seem convinced they can arrange DAS at the park. The little girl is in a wheelchair and so I told her to emphasise that she has additional problems other than not being able to walk.

I use Proton VPN & applied 58 days before our arrival. I initially tried to do it on my phone but after accepting the terms & conditions, clicking on the connect to video button did nothing. I tried on a different browser still on my phone but same issue so used my iPad & it worked without any problems.

Make sure your tickets are linked & you're logged in to MDE then you're good to apply.

We were approved today for our daughter. We are a party of 6 but could only do 4, do you think it’s to do with 4 adults and 2 kids ? Although only just over 9yrs 3 of them? Also I was told can only book the rides once in the park, is that true?

Well done to those who have been approved, we can all breathe and start to look forward to going! Xx

Yes they typically only approve more than 3 additional people when it's children, so if it was 2 adults & 4 children they likely would but not the other way around.
They will usually include the whole party as family & friends so you can select who accompanies the DAS user each time.

It's correct that there's no pre-booking rides anymore.
