Rumoured change to direct 100 point minimum for blue card from 17/9/19

Hi just reading rumours apparently confirmed by other people’s DVC guides that effective from 17/9/19 minimum direct purchase for full benefits will increase to 100 points for new purchases.
Seems that those with fewer points but an existing blue card will be grandfathered over.
More changes from DVC. What will be next?

Interesting. Is it 50 at the moment or 75?
Mind you if a DVC Guide said today was Wednesday I would check my diary.

Hi Mr Morrow 👋. Current minimum is 75 points I believe. New increase coincides with Disney’s financial year end?! Seems quite a big hike if you’re looking to hybrid direct and indirect contracts. The direct “perks” definitely don’t seem worth that to me atm.

50 if current owner, 75 if new. 100 will be buy in if new, not sure about current.
Also 100 direct points to get perks.
Starts 17/9 apparently.

how did I miss this one! bit gutted was always intending an add on direct for the points but its getting harder to even try and justify when they keep increasing the required points
