Upgrading to annual pass

We brought our 14 day ultimate when we booked our flights months ago before the 299 deal am in and paid 399 ... typical we are now going back out in December so are thinking about upgrading to annual pass if we take invoice for tickets with us, we did book direct with Disney will they honour the 399 we paid or do the difference between the annual pass we want and the 299 they are now selling them at

I think they they should honour the actual purchase price (particularly) as you purchased through Disney. That is assuming you get a CM who knows what and how it should be done. Reports on here show they often don't, though sometimes to your benefit. If you have your voucher it might be a little easier to argue your case if you need to.

£399 is ~$497 with today's exchange rate, so in theory then you'll pay $332 (~£266) per Platinum Pass ($829 inclusive of taxes).

They should have the price on the system already, though I'd guess in USD so the value may differ a little to a direct conversion from GBP depending on when the price as set, and what the exchange rate was then, but it gives you an idea.
