Finally had discount added to both of our bookings. The first booking with my name on went through ok, but because I booked a second room for my mother they wanted an email from "her" from the booking email address - which is mine :/

Sorted now though and a good £320 or so off

How long did that take ? I emailed me invoices this week for an extra booking I have heard nothing yet

It took a few days, but once I had a reply all of my replies were responded to pretty fast. That included my additional email "from" my mother that was responded to by the same cast member.

Updated invoices as usual were sent overnight.

I am not sure changing last years is going to be possible as I don't know the code for that and I have made 2 bookings for this year and the codes have been different so not sure if that will be possible

Help please I’m a paid up Blue Light emergency worker. I’ve paid for my Disney Florida Holiday. Staying onsite etc. I’ve message Blue light card waiting on a code. There a bit slow and we’re going soon. Does anyone have the code they can share with me for this summer 22 bookings. I’ve spoken with Disney and they’ve said the will honour the code. Help please. I can send picture of blue light to prove my membership.
