I emailed them, it's a known fault! Having apologised, the reply said:

Enter NO in the box labeled "State"
00000 in "Zipcode box"

I haven't tried it yet to see if it works, my card is a Nationwide one.

Sadly doesn't work for me... It won't let me enter "NO" into the state box.

I have tried my Halifax clarity and my chase card (both MasterCard though) and neither will work. I don't have any other cards with no foreign transaction fees.

I take it back... It worked on a website with incognito mode enabled! It didn't work in the app.

Thanks so much! I have been trying for so long, it seems that entering the zip code and state is the key!

I’ve just added mine and it worked straight away.
Very weird.
- ah just realised though I updated my card rather than set it up from scratch so maybe that’s why I didn’t have an issue.

Edited at 05:15 PM.

Phew, it's such a pain getting the simplest stuff to work these days!

No luck for me

Tried 5 cards now and can’t get any to work (even after updating my address to zip code 00000 and state NO).

I’m also confused as to how payments will actually go through if you have the wrong address details on your account?
