I work on Cruise check in at Southampton and it is so frustrating for us that each cruise company I check in for (P&O, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean etc) has different rules. I really hope that the Iona trial rolls out to the rest of the P&O ships.
Staff have to wear masks to check in at P&O, passengers don't have to, we don't have to wear masks at Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. Even the checks we have to do re. covid vaccines/boosters are slightly different for each Line. Oh how I long for the days when we had to just check passports

We enjoyed Iona last September on the 7 night Seacations and looking forward to being on her again in October for 2 weeks... Aft Balcony and actually enjoyed the Britishness ... be great if testing is scrapped by then and we are allowed to sit at the Bar and Dance on this cruise lol
