Advice/Help Needed

So basically we are booked to stay at Art of Animation in November (3rd time) however our son has Autism and struggles sleeping (has a fully enclosed bed at home) and Disney have said rollaway beds are no longer available at AoA which we planned to use with a special bed tent type thing so we are now considering other options.
What is the closest/best hotel near Disney springs that has suites and regular transport to the parks?
Any ideas regarding AoA? Suites there are to expensive and we'd be so disappointed not to be able to stay there but our sons needs come first.

Personally as we are in the same position, I would contact AoA and ask what can be accommodated, he does have rights. worth asking.

Could you consider using an airbed - either take one with you or buy one in the likes of Walmart (under $20 when I looked). We might do this when we stay in a universal hotel as I have teenage boys who dont want to sleep in the same bed and an air bed will be much cheaper than a rollaway.

An airbed is a last resort option as in theory he could sleep in the bed and one of us on the airbed but not great when on holiday but we rule nothing out.
Have sent Disney an email as not sure how to contact AOA directly.

I would look at the Grove Resort & Water Park nearby Disney. They 2 and 3 bedroom condo style suites that has a living/kitchen area with balcony and then a bedroom that has 1 or 2 double beds and then a second master bedroom.

You can get good deals for this resort room only on travel republic. For my dates in 2023 (July) it was around £2000 for 14 nights. I would also contact the resort and explain your sons circumstances and ask for a quite room. It looks like a lovely resort and I think you would like it there.

Also if you book through travel republic, the resort fee is capped at 5 nights.
