Greatest musical artist ever
So we had a debate in work last week on the greatest musical artist ever (or really since the late 60s).
Lots of opinions but no general consensus So over to you, who is in your opinion the greatest, not your favourite, but the greatest. For me it was David Bowie, in my opinion he’s never had a bad record, every song seems to be a classic |

The person who sprung into my mind is Freddie Mercury. Not my favourite by any means but a real stand out for me. Excellent music and a great performer.

George Michael for me, his voice was so beautiful and his songs have such meaning for me.
Freddie Mercury was also one of the greatest too, such a performer and another with an amazing voice. Elton John’s songwriting is wonderful too Edited at 12:15 AM. |

I loved Micheal Jackson, George Micheal and Madonna. But Madonna needs to stop flaunting it now and grow old gracefully

The greatest musical artist I have seen live was Prince, never really had an opinion about him prior to seeing him but was blown away.
We were at Disney when he passed away - the year the purple magic bands were released, in his honour? |
