What is the complaint regarding? There should be details for the regional MD in the sales literature if it's regarding a house you've bought.

It's for my stepson who is currently buying a house with them but nothing but trouble. Not sure if he's had any literature with that in yet so I'll have to ask him

If he hasn't bought the house yet, he could threaten to walk away?

Persimmon have a terrible reputation for customer service

It's literally in the final stages and they're expecting a baby in a couple of weeks, they really need it just completing 😑😑

fwi i went straight to the top man after getting nowhere with BMW customer service, amazing how quick a dealer got in touch

Just before we moved into this house we are in now we were in he process of buying a persimmon new build... they fannied about that much in the end we threatened to pull out, still got no joy so we were good to our word and did pull out... luckily we had secured our plot on very little layout so took the loss which was very slight, funnily enough once we'd pulled out they were very interested all of a sudden...too late and we ended up finding a better house anyway.

Did your stepson get the builder to agree a long stop completion date? If so and it's run over that date they'll be entitled to compensation.
