We are a party of 10 family members and have been counting the days to booking our fastpasses and getting excited for the trip. There's now 26 days to go and we haven't been able to link one of our party to the booking. It just keeps failing. So we don't want to book fastpasses and leave one person out.

I've tweeted, called and emailed Disney but they just say its a technical issue that's still getting resolved. Sooo frustrating and disappointing

I’m also struggling- missing adrs & fps but I just use the iPad or website log on & it all shows

Ours is all correct now, however I did notice that the app has got the "pardon" message appeared again so I guess it's still not fully resolved.

We also got an email this morning stating one of our FP slots has been amended due to schedule changes so it looks like MK is having a play around with extra magic hours again.

Mines all back to normal on the website. On the app, I only have a ticket, no hotel or dining plan.

Still plenty of time for it to be resolved though.

Still not fixed for me yet. Hoping it won’t be too much of an issue as it’s just showing that we have two rooms instead of one.
Am worrying about how much of a pain booking fastpasses will be once we’re out there though.

Hi I haven't had time to read this thread. my fasts day today and showing all tickets but still not able to book fast passes. "concluded fasts distribution for the date u have selected" does that mean all fast passes are gone?
edited to say this is for the whole 2 weeks we are there! and both app/website
