I purchased the Ultimates with WDTC in September and then upgraded for Genie + this month and mine still show as Disney Ultimate Ticket (with Memory Maker).
I did the chat with the app and they said there is a delay of it showing on MDE and it might show up in a couple of weeks or so. They confirmed my tickets have Genie+on them. Hoe that helps 😊 |

update, i've have 1 message from MDE saying yes it's on our tickets,and we should be able to see it in the app, so i checked and couldn't see it... so i messaged again and the next cast member said that he can't see it at this time but if we made this change recently it may take a few days for everything to update... hhhmmmmm we'll see...

I can’t even see my tickets now, not sure if I could before and am going mad! We have 7 day tickets for Xmas which are showing and our hotel for May is showing but the 14 day tickets that come with the hotel stay seem to have gone.

I just had an email today confirming all is updated regarding Genie plus being added and that it should be reflected in MDE so I might check again tomorrow and if still missing will message them.

I added Genie + to my tickets with ATD today and within 4 hours it was showing on MDE as tickets with Genie +
