Campsites - Capfun Fredland or Iris Le Chene Gris?

Hoping to go back to Paris for the first time in 7 years as a family of 5 instead of 3. We previously had annual passes and stayed in whatever hotel was cheapest, but as we're 5 now we've been looking at campsites and longer stays this time around. We want somewhere with a pool, playground and preferably some children's entertainment, within about 40 minutes drive.

We've narrowed it down to Capfun Fredland or Iris Le Chene Gris as both are under £400 for off peak 7 night stays and a similar distance away. Has anyone been to either (or both ideally!) who can advise which is best? Or are there other similar sites recommended?

I did see the sticky at the top of the page but a lot of the reviews seem quite outdated.

We have not stayed at either of those, but we have stayed at Touquin which was a lovely small site about 1/2 hour away and we have stayed many times at La Croix du Vieux Pont which is just over a hour each way. It’s a lovely campsite.
