ZEN Booking query

Hi Dibbers

I’ve got my finger hovering over the booking button but in reality need to wait to see if my nephew has exams on our chosen dates, this will completely scupper our plans 🥴

Does the ZEN booking thing mean I could cancel and get my deposit back in full?

Yes , I did this and asked for refund via Twitter and got my deposit back within days. I had only paid a deposit.

I’ve had my balance payment back but not my deposit but apparently there is a delay with refunds at the minute. I really need to contact them but haven’t as yet.

I called them got a full payment refunded a couple of weeks before the date and a deposit one .no problems at all x

I booked with WDTC. Emailed to cancel. Had a reply in 2 hours and full refund the next day.
