My Disney experience app

On the MDE app I can see my resort reservation , park pass reservations and my tickets are linked . When I click on ‘ tip board’ I just a message to say something went wrong, we were unable to populate your tip board completely, please try again.

Will the tip board only show something once you are checked into the resort or when you actually arrive?

I read somewhere that someone was doing a practice in the week before they arrived.They would check the app throughout the day and pretend they were in the park and see if they could book the things they wanted at the times they wanted.

How do you do this ?

You can try using a VPN to see if it will enable the tip board, it doesn't really work outside of the US. Functions fine once you're there though.

Maybe...It crashed multiple times a day when we were there, we got this message constantly. 🙄

I have a WDW trip booked for April and can see the “tip board” for today. I am in the USA currently though, albeit on the west coast.

To be honest, I wouldn’t exactly call it a tip board, as you can see from attached screenshot, it is a list of rides with current wait times and next lightening lane availability. I don’t think it is of any particular use for a practice run, even if something is available at 3pm today it doesn’t mean it will be tomorrow or next week.

The usual map with wait times will give you as much of a general idea about general busy-ness and how easily it will be to get things done.

I tried a VPN and yes it works fine if thinks in USA.
