Mobile best way to do mk dessert party

Of the 3 options which is the best any advice guys?

1. Seated tomorrow land territory
2. Plaza garden before food
3.Plaza garden after food

We would prefer seating during but worry the view may not be as good as garden view.

For us we had a mixed range group over 4 generations (youngest was 3.5) - for us seated on the terrace was the right location as we needed seats... we had a perfect view we were happy with and would happily sit there again. You can happily continue eating through the fireworks too if you want and no hurry to move you out when its finished.

To us we wouldnt pay extra to stand on plaza - personally I dont think as good a value although others prefer a slightly 'straighter view' - we could see the front of the castle all lit up well from the terrace so not an issue for us and tinkerbell literally flew over our heads

We used to do the terrace but have now switched to the plaza garden. We haven’t been since they added in the after option and had already booked the normal before one for this trip. As we have young children I don’t think we could do the after one anyway really.
For us we feel the view is significantly better so it’s worth it. However I am concerned that there may be twice as many people in the gardens this year... we shall see!

We did Plaza Garden last year and I would definitely recommend. The terrace looked good too, but at the time (not sure if it's still the case) it was $20 per person more and we didn't feel it was worth it to get a seat.

Everywhere around us was a sea of people - it was October so limited fireworks nights due to MNSSHP. You could barely move on the walkways. In the garden we sat down for the whole display, no bright screens or shoulder kids blocking our view. It was worth the money in my opinion.

I think i'd like to try the desserts after the party if we did it again. It would mean we could enjoy them without worrying about getting to the garden to claim a spot (it wasn't an issue for our party, but we weren't to know that when we arrived - and may not be reflective of every party).

We did Plaza garden at Christmas (dessert party before hand) - 2 adults, 2 kids (aged 4 and 6) - it was perfect. Un-obscured front on view of the castle projections and fireworks. Plenty of space, not all crammed in - everyone sat on the grass picnic style so still got to 'sit' - the park attendants did not allow anyone to stand directly in front of the gardens so viewing was perfect. We'll definitely be doing it again.

We did the dessert party with plaza garden viewing on Saturday. the viewing area I thought was pretty busy but it was our first time so nothing to compare with. We were told to head to the viewing area about 8.45 but realised everyone else was leaving much earlier than this, before 8.30 to get a good spot.

There wasn’t a lot of grass space left but we managed to squeez in and got a great view for our first time watching HEA.

I was surprised tho that the majority of people ended up standing up and crowding up to the fence to watch... I was so happy that the family at the front of our bit of railing stayed sitting down the whole time so we did too, after a long day I was enjoying sitting on the Disney ‘grass’!

Overall I would do it again especially at this time of year when the non party nights are so so busy. The desserts were nice but very filling, we didn’t eat as much as I thought we would, and we hadn’t had any dinner!

We have always done the seated option at the Dessert Party.

We have booked the seated option for Christmas Day too. We are a family of 8 and like to sit on chairs, have an unobstructed view and not have to move to another area for the fireworks.

It's all personal preference, but we choose to stay in the seated area for comfort reasons.

We did the terrace in April and were more than happy. Had a great view and whole thing felt so chilled. Have attached a few quick pics to give you an idea. The first pic is as the eye sees it, the second a zoomed in view of the castle

Both were taken from my seat (using iPhone 5se so not exactly the best camera)

Edited at 03:36 PM. Reason: Photos didn’t post
