Luckily for me my credit card is a master card, because I am also an Amazon addict, but I wouldnt be surprised if Visa reduce their fees following this announcement

Is that the Amazon Own Amex Card Tom? I saw they offering it as an alternative plus a bonus, this morning.
Was going to put my BA Amex card on there instead of my Visa & just make Airmiles instead, considering how much I use Amazon, might be very worthwhile.

Bizarre that they are ditching visa but retaining Amex. I was always led to believe that Amex had the highest transaction charges hence why so many shops in the uk refuse to accept it. Just trying to bluff visa. I imagine they’ll cave, too much to lose.

Sorry, missed your question. No it’s my Wife’s BA Amex Card. So even though the account is in my name you can stick any Card on.
