R.I.P Mr Loaf.

Another part of my adolescent years departed too soon. I remember Bat out of Hell being played non stop from various bed spaces in our 12 man barrack room.. all at different points in the L.P. Earbuds didn’t exist in 1977.

Keef Richards is somehow still with us though! He will live to 200.

So sad,I can remember the first time I ever listened to Bat out of Hell,sat in my cousin's bedroom,must have been about 44 years ago ❤️

My mum and dad loved meatloaf, always had to listen to Bat out of hell in car journeys with them singing at the top of their voices lol 😂
They saw him in concert quite a few times and met him a couple of times too.
Dad wants ‘heaven can wait’ to be played at his funeral.
A true music legend, he will be sadly missed.

Very sad, so many great tunes, had them blaring in the car/home so many times. He will be very much missed.

My heart is broken 💔 I’ve been a fan since I was 9 years old now I’m 37. I’ve seen him live so many times & enjoyed every concert. His songs were amazing the lyrics were something else. Meat you are now reunited with your mum who you adored & with Jim Steinmen. RIP xxx
