Question on BA travel voucher

I received a £150 voucher for an old booking i cancelled. The voucher wasn't a voucher as such just an email that said it was my voucher with no code or anything. On the email it says this... Your voucher must be redeemed for travel completed by 30 September 2023. The thing is I want to book for end October 2023 so the voucher will have expired. Can I possibly book for september 2023 with the voucher then cancel for a new voucher so I can use it for October 2023? Also if my voucher was for a holiday deposit cancelled does it have to be used for another holiday or can it just be a flight?

No, all vouchers have the same expiry. The date may change again but it hasn’t for 6 months or so.

Also they're not doing the free cancellation past August 22 I think

Can’t be used for just flights.

I just added mine this week to an existing booking so you could try that.
