TUI PE luggage, can you add to the 23kg

Does anyone know if you can add additional luggage to the 23kg allowance

It was a few years ago but we added an extra bag when flying PE through the website.

I also looked when booking but there didn’t seem to be an option.

The last time we flew with TUI which was October 2019 we were able to add just 5kg each to our luggage in PE, rubbish really considering what other airlines give. I think also cases couldn't be over 25kg so if you had the extra it had to go in an extra case and this was not charged for.

Called in tui shop today you have to call the airline direct for an upgrade on your luggage allowance

Thye changed there policy several years ago. We flew with them loads and you could easily add a case. Now though they wont let you do it, you can add sporting goods including a kayak but they wont let you add a case. We rang them, tweeted, wrote letters pointing all the above out and they would budge. We ended up using shipmybag website to get our extra goodies shipped back. This was about 6 years ago and cost about £60 then.

I really don't understand some companies. Why do they make it so hard for customers to give them money!
