Hi Guys,

Anyone know the best place for BA complaints rather than the generic one on their website.

CEO email address. Best way to raise a complaint with them and likely to get a more favourable response too.

I used it during the recent strike action. Ended up with a phone call stating that.. “I understand you contacted the CEO”

Didn’t help me emailing Alex Cruz; got a call back from a senior member of the complaints team who lied & fobbed me off.

CEDR in the end got me the result & compensation I was entitled to.

Who have you already tried?
BA complaints procedure, BAEC?
Going straight to the CEO before you try their complaint channels first may see you as not to be taken as seriously.

Depends on the reason & seriousness of your cause for complaint.

I didn’t leave a number but they may find it on my booking reference. Did you get a satisfactory outcome?
