New Arrivals PCR Protocol - Practiucal experience

We were amongst the earliest affected cohort, arriving at LGW at 08:45 yesterdayon the BA flight from TPA

We collected our pre-booked £35 Randox text kits from a shopping mall in Maidstone at around 10:30.

We then drove to the nearest Randox drop-off box at the Roadchef Services on the M20, took the tests and completed the registration in the car and then posted them in the dropbox before 12:00

We received our negative test results at 02:15 and 04:30 this morning

Whilst stressful and expensive, the process was relatively efficient and seamless.

Let's hope that this regime is very short-lived!

Our Qured pre-booked PCR tests arrived at home shortly after we did (we flew in from Miami landing at Heathrow around 7.15 - they were in the post office by lunchtime.
Waiting for the results, but if our previous experience is anything to go by, the results will be in later today!
