BA Holidays Disney reference number

Can anyone tell me how best to get hold of my Disney reference number for a BA flight and hotel booking?

Obviously they have more important things to deal with right now so didn’t want to call them. I’ve tried chat and have also sent an email through their contact form, but no success.

I did read something about a Park Pass website (think that’s what it’s called) but I followed the link and my BA reference number was not recognised

I wanted to link my booking on my MDE so I spoke to disney on the chat facility on app and they found the booking and linked it for me … hope that helps

There was a reference number in my initial booking confirmation email. They gave instructions in the email about linking it to MDE.

I assume you would have got a confirmation email with the BA reference? Mine was in there.

I'm glad you asked - I've got to ring Disney in the morning anyway to officially cancel for September so will try ans get them to find my BA booking.

Yes I do have the BA confirmation email but the Disney reference isn’t included unfortunately
