November 21 positive thread please

We are also due to fly 13 Nov. The suspense is driving me mad.
Uncertainty is not a good look LOL

We couldn’t extend our dates, we were due to go on the 6th with BA and got cancelled. We have now put a deposit down on a Miami flight for the 9th in the very very small off chance an earlier date gets announced. If it worked, we would get 10 days of our time at the villa but at least would get there. Probably a daft things to do with little hope but it feels good to still have a chance. We’d have to pay the balance on Tuesday but gives a few more days of hanging on! The flight would likely not get cancelled but we might not be able to go on it so is a risk. Desperate times, continuing to torture ourselves… it was actually a really good price for flight plus car hire 🤣

Well I fully expected to wake up this morning to an email from Virgin cancelling my November 3rd flight.
I have December booked as a back up and have everything is in place for November if it does go ahead, but I’m not sure I am mentally prepared to go to Florida in under 3 week's time!
I’d usually be packed by now
Like us all, I just want to know now!

They would’ve moved you to the Miami flight on the 9th for free if you’d have called.

Thats how I feel - we are due to go 7th November - Ive got so much still to sort, but darent do anymore at the minute - its going to be manic if it goes our way! I'm normally way more organised than this
