We have the Professional Cookware company pans from before they became ProCook... they are stainless steel, 22 years old and still fantastic. Used every day, have been used on gas, electric element, ceramic and induction - on hob, under grill, in oven, and cleaned in the dishwasher.

We have Le Creusset and they’re brilliant. They’re the stainless steel ones rather than cast iron

I have Pro Cook anodised pans. Had them for years and no issues what so ever.

Sorry to jump on, we’re getting a new kitchen and have opted for an induction hub. I’m taking from this that we can’t use any old pans? We’ve never used stainless steel, so that will be quite a change for us.

I knew I'd asked about pans on here years ago. Just done a thread search and I bought my Pro Cook ones on 24/12/2008!

You can get other types of pans for induction including non stick but I do love my stainless ones. The only thing I have not stainless is a big wok type pan.

Thank you! I just googled it and saw some non stick set that look quite good (pro cook). Have quite fancied trying stainless over the years, but always chickened out when buying a new set and went for non stick. Thanks again.

We have Procook Pro Granite pans and find them excellent. Can be used on the hob and in the oven.

We’re in the same boat, we need new pans for our new kitchen.

I also need to find a pot that I can use on the induction hob but can transfer into the oven
