Bigfire we’ve booked for next month. I have my eye on the trout.

You can book through the links on the universal website not sure how far in advance you can book though.
You can book 6 months in advance, I’ve just booked Toothsome for July

Cowfish, definitely. We’ve gone there on pretty much every trip, however in 2021 we actually ended up going twice as we found a couple of new favourites. The tuna nachos starter and the truffle fries are both soooo good. Burgers are good but not excellent however we ended up going back again due to the tuna nachos and truffle fries, they were that good! We’ve also had the burgushi there in the past which is something a bit different. I would highly recommend booking if you plan to go anywhere near park close time as they get seriously busy.

Yes you can through the Universal website. You don't need tickets etc, just click on the link for reservations ( for example Toothsome page)

Highly recommend pre booking Toothsome, Cow Fish and Big Fire a few days in advance. But places like Margaritaville we could book on the day

Just to say, from the portafino you can access the resturaunts on the corner of vineland and s kirkman on foot. There is a millers ale house, an italian and a kobe japenesse (or at least when we last went).
In city walks we like pat o'briens. Also for a quicker eat upstairs there is panda express or bread box.

That’s something I did not know. Is it an ok walk at night and does it take long?
