Anyone looking for a cheap, healthy alternative to the usual big-chain restaurants may be interested to know that New York's fast-casual restaurant brand Fresh & Co has just arrived in Orlando (on Sand Lake Road's Restaurant Row), and we had a sneak preview yesterday:

Looks great but I find it annoying that the 3 potential locations mentioned are areas that already have a good selection of non big chain and healthy places. We could use one on West 192. Sunset Walk could really use one.

Looks great for me who follows a low carb diet. Might be a bit to healthy for my other 2 but I�d love to try it.

Yum - looks good. After a couple of weeks of pancakes, donuts, burgers and steaks - a lovely fresh salad will be most welcome!
