Thank you very much for the heads up! Our daughter rang at 7pm last night to say she had finished her in person uni classes until after Christmas, so we decided not to take the risk of waiting until Sunday for her flight back to France as we had already bought tests etc, so it was all go all evening... negative test, uploaded for fit to fly certificate, flight booked, train to Manchester Airport booked, she threw some clothes in a case... Set off at 6.15am to be sure to be at the airport in time to log on for an online lecture and now she is safely home for Christmas.

Whatever they decide with restrictions I cannot thank you enough for posting this because now we have 4 precious extra days together! And I am hoping I might even sleep tonight!
