Hi
We’ve booked February half term. Currently trying to stay optimistic. Just wondering what will happen if we have to move our dates. Will we have to pay the difference or will they honour it ?

** UPDATE **

I decided to ring Disney this morning. We can move for free up to 30th March , any date after that you have to pay the difference. No good for us having to go in the school holidays. Other than that it’s a refund up to 7 days before travel.

If booked direct, is it a given that you can move your dates without penalty? I obviously booked before the travel ban

Disneyland Paris have the zen guarantee, you can get a full refund up to 7 days before travel.
You can move the dates but you will need to pay the difference in cost I understand.
I think this would only change if they had to close and couldn’t provide the service rather than you just being unable to go.

Ok thanks, how would I cancel 7 days before or even move dates, very hard to get through on the phone most of the time,
Guess can't do this over email,

Easiest way to cancel (or move dates) is via web chat.
I’ve cancelled twice using this, very easy and quick. Money back the next day.
A little box pops up after you have been on the website for a few minutes. You may have to try and do a booking.
Having just checked on the cancellation, they have updated it for arrivals up to 31st March and it would seem you can move dates without extra cost for these dates.
