The old style paper fastpass is pretty much exactly what Genie+ is, just done via the app instead of having to go to the attraction kiosk.

I don't personally see the need for it, but I go in the quieter weeks, stay onsite and rope drop so can get on everything I want to do with fairly short queues anyway. But I'm not really the best person to ask as I don't do any of the headliners. I'm not there for the rides.

last time we went we only have done like 2 or 3 rides.. as kids were too young.. I think we will just add Genie + on the day if we feel we want to do more.. rather than making ourselves use it for the whole stay just to make it worth its money.. thanks

We’re doing one day only in HS. This is a postponed trip from 2020 which was purely to allow us, as a family, to experience Star Wars land. So to guarantee Smugglers Run and Rise of the resistance we’re looking at an extra $30 plus tax each plus the extra $20 or so each that the park admission is costing because Disney, unlike Universal, didn’t honour their tickets. Kerching. Can anyone point me in the direction of enough rat poison to deal with a six foot mouse.
