Volcano bay on first day of seasonal pass dates August

We have seasonal passes for US and Volcano Bay opens to us on August 14th (or maybe 15th). We've not been before.

Is it likely to be crazy busy with seasonal pass holders trying to get in after being blocked out for a few months?

If we are staying on site, will it be easy enough to get in? What about if staying off site - any chance?

thanks

Didn’t make a difference to us when we had the lowest level of passes in 2019.

We went the first week that the blackout dates lifted and didn’t find it particularly busy.

I think the dates in august tie in with US kids starting to go back to school.

Hope I’m right as we’ve got seasonal passes too and will be there from 12th August.

I don't think its a major concern, We used them in August- it was quite busy. Use early opening if you are on site its does help a lot. Avoiding the weekends will help as well. We found it manageable but I cannot compare to July etc

I think you'll find most of the US schools go back around then, which is why the blackout date exists, so it won't be too busy probably unless you go on a weekend.
