Double booking at Universal Hotel for FOTL

Hi

Anyone staying in a villa ever double book a night at Universal just for FOTL pass? Then either leave villa empty for the night or do not actually use the room at Universal?

We had a villa for 15 nights and booked a "weekend away" at the Hard rock! It was fab

Passes were a godsend and it was lovely to be near City walk and have a night out without hubby driving. It's a must do in my opinion

Yep we are booked in a villa and will be leaving it empty for 1 night while we stay at HRH cant wait

Yes, we are doing this for the 3rd time this summer. We pack an overnight bag, leave the villa and enjoy the parks all day, Citywalk or hotel at night - great not having to drive for a change.

I'm sure that's what most people do, whether they're in a villa or another hotel. Hardly seems worth checking out and packing up just for a 1 or 2 night stay elsewhere. I do it several times, sometimes to go to Universal or maybe to the beach or both
We're off to Vero Beach for 2 nights this year while we're staying at the Rosen Plaza, I'll just be taking enough luggage with us for the three days

Yes we've done just that a few times for FOTL and also stayed over friend's places on the coast for the odd night.

HRH is amazing and well worth doing for the hotel and the FOTL passes The pool has an underwater sound system Cool If we find a good rate we will be doing it again this time
