Just Skyped my niece. 5 in double science 4 in food tech, maths and 3 marks off of a 4 in English but college okay and she will resit English with the college where she’s studying something to do with animals

I’m pleased for her, she struggles with eyesight problems and has suffered tremendous bullying to the extent of once being pushed off a moving bus. She’s not academic but worked hard, which I’ve told her means a great deal

Well after the anxiety, drama and tears at exam time my daughter has passed everything and can now go to Sixth Form so we are all delighted

So relieved. DS passed 11 GCSE (grade 4 or C on some and above) and got to stay at his school for 6th form rather than any of this other 2 choices. He is a bit annoyed as didnt get high enough to do History Alevel (but I am relieved as I though the course would be too tough/lots of essays and a project to do). School have changed this to another so he starts 4 in Sept and drops one at Christmas.

Hope everyone else did well, things happen for a reason and open up new avenues in life which is how we look at it.

So relieved DD passed all her GCSE's. So chuffed she got a 7 in maths and RE, 6 in history, geography, science and english literature and 5 in french and english language. So proud of her. Going to enroll in college tomorrow morning.

Really proud of DS - mostly 8s, with 9s in Chemistry & Physics, and a 6 and a 7. He worked very hard and thoroughly deserves to celebrate today. He was only a few marks off a 9 in PE, which is the exam he sat having been up all night with a stomach virus, so that result is extra good!

Well done to everyone who has done their GCSEs this year - these exams have been so much work and so stressful. The pressure on our young people is awful at times and we should all feel very proud of them just for getting through it.

So chuffed! Dd passed all of her IGCSE’s One 8, six 7’s, two 6’s and a 5 (in a French which she tried to drop just before exam and they wouldn’t let her! 😂 )

We are so proud of her and she did better than she expected, so it’s all good! Now she’s off to Leeds Fest with all her friends.

Well done to all these clever kids of ours! 👏👏👏

DS got what he needed for his course at college and even higher in science.

Having said that - for those who didnt quite get the grade -
Dont forget - There are other ways to their chosen careers.
They will fund their path.
