Is it just me or is anyone else having problems getting through to member services?

I am trying the free phone number and just getting "calls are not currently getting connected to this number "

When I tried on Tuesday I got through but couldn't wait 40 minutes. I wish I had now!

I got through yesterday as soon as they opened, but they couldn�t hear me 🙄 so I called back and was constantly engaged. I gave up 😟

I know they must be busy at the moment but that is why I left it a few days! It is so frustrating isn't it

We've been trying all week, managed to get a connection last evening and had to wait 50-mnutes to speak to MS.

Just keep trying and good luck.

on the phone to them now, yesterday and earlier today just got engaged tone. On hold nearly an hour for this call to go through.

had to speak to them as some of the points had ended up in the wrong place and no access to transferred in points.

I called today at exactly 2 and managed to get through but had a 25 minute wait to speak to a CM.

Shows it is worth keeping at it. I am just happy that the number seems to be working again. I hope you all got things sorted.
