Mini golf , they can get all competitive with each other ... but maybe they'd just like a morning messing about in the pool if you are heavily planned the rest of the holiday ?

Have a look at Top golf near International Drive. The men in our group last year loved this while the ladies shoped.

Orlando Tree Trek Adventure? with zip wires

It has a few different levels to suit abilities, its a great one first thing in the morning before the heat of the day.

We managed most of the course apart from the hardest level, our oldest son would have managed it but we had a lunch reservation at Epcot that day and tbh we were happy with what we did, a great experience.

Our youngest son, 8 at the time (completed about 2/3 levels)

Have a look on you tube, there are some videos to give you an idea. If you decide to go for it, buy the glove and water package.

Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom!

The cast members can link magic bands into groups so you get to take the same path, so they could split themselves into two/three teams to see which completes the game first.

It's a great way to enjoy the Magic Kingdom by just exploring around and the little animation videos are great fun.

There's a gun place on the 192 if I recall, not been but very much a lads day out. Gatorland gets a vote from me, great fun, and so are the various crazy golf places dotted around.
You could always book a helicopter flight over Orlando, very impressive but depends on your budget really plus it's not a long event but impressive none the less.
