I mentioned that to Brian and he said, if Disney were open and I could not fly into America as borders were not open, it would still be the same thing, use the 2019 banked points before next March, transfer into RCI or lose them.

my e.mail from DVC said the same, as i have 12 months to use them, they will expire May 31 2021, which is no use to me as we would go in Aug next year

so rci it is, hows that work ? ? ?
